Susan is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, a barrister in England and Wales and a member of the Honorable Middle Temple.  She is in charge of Corporate matters, Energy and Natural Resources and other Practice groups within the firm. With so many years experiences, Susan is known for her expertise in Corporate and Commercial Transactions, Energy practice, Debt Recovery and Business Restructuring, Medical Negligence, and general practice.

Susan has experience from magic law firms in the UK, where she rose to become international associate due to having dual qualification. Susan worked with multinational organizations advising on various areas of business including business restructuring, international arbitration, real estate investment, energy law, Maritime and International Commercial Trade.

Susan has advised International and National Oil Companies on the operation of Oil & Gas Assets, she negotiates, reviews and draft gas sale and purchase agreements, productions sharing contracts, joint operating agreements, MOUs, collaboration agreements and service contracts. She advises on local content policy, corporate and transaction structuring in view of the applicability of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act.

Susan has advised national and International Organizations on a broad range of corporate governance issues as well as compliance with regulations and policies.
